Since 1989, Cornerstone of Recovery has helped individuals and families navigate the challenges of substance use disorders through personalized treatment, professional guidance, and a supportive recovery environment.

Located in Louisville, Tennessee, just outside Knoxville, our facility has continued to evolve while staying true to our mission of helping people rebuild their lives.

Newsweek partners with Statista each year to identify leading residential addiction treatment centers across the country. The evaluation considers professional recommendations, accreditation and credential information, available treatment services, and patient reviews.

For 2026, 440 facilities were recognized nationwide, including Cornerstone of Recovery in Tennessee.
